What I Teach, I’ve Had to Learn

I never planned this path, it chose me through lived experience.

Over a decade ago, I was just like so many of my clients: doing my best to hold everything together, looking fine from the outside, but deep down feeling like something was missing. I’d been through my own relationship struggles, sought professional help, and discovered first-hand how hard it is to find the kind of support that feels both safe and genuinely useful.

That experience shaped everything I do now. I know what it’s like to sit on the other side of the conversation to want change but not know where to start, to feel guarded but still hopeful. My work today is to offer the kind of space I wish I’d found back then: one where you feel fully seen, never judged, and supported in a way that actually helps you move forward.

Safe. Private. A space where every word is heard and every feeling matters without judgment.

My Mission

My mission is to end the suffering of loneliness by creating spaces where people feel safe to express their truth and find where they truly belong.

I help individuals, couples, and professionals untangle the patterns that keep them stuck, and guide them toward clarity, connection, and a life that feels like their own. I’m committed to blending compassion with challenge, science with spirituality, and insight with action so every client feels both supported and equipped to make changes that last.

I believe real transformation happens when we combine deep understanding with practical steps, and when the journey honours both who you are now and who you want to become.

A longer backstory

Childhood Shaped Me

I grew up with a single parent and an absent father, who I met only once before losing him to alcoholism. As a child, you don’t understand addiction, you just feel the absence. You wonder why you weren’t chosen, and the story you create is often, “I’m not enough.”

For me, that early experience planted the seeds of people-pleasing, over-responsibility, and difficulty feeling truly safe in relationships, not just with men, but in all areas of life.

I was surrounded by strong, independent women, which gave me resilience and drive. But it also meant I leaned heavily into my masculine energy to protect myself. Softness, receiving, and trust felt foreign.

Over the years, I’ve done deep trauma work to untangle those patterns. I’m now a trauma-informed coach, able to help others navigate similar wounds with compassion and clarity. I’ve learned that we can’t change the past, but we can change the meaning we give it, and in doing so, we can free ourselves from living by an old story.

My Journey into Coaching

For years, I worked in corporate accounting across respected city firms in London. By every external measure, it was a secure, structured, and successful life but my heart was elsewhere. I kept finding myself drawn to the world of personal growth, human connection, and understanding why we do what we do.

In 2015, I made the leap. I left the corporate world, gained my professional coaching qualifications, and committed fully to this work. Since then, I’ve coached clients from all walks of life, across diverse cultures, faiths, and traditions,  while investing thousands of hours learning from some of the most respected coaches, therapists, and spiritual teachers in the world.

A Decade of Experience

Over the past ten years, I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals and couples, supporting them through breakdowns, breakthroughs, and everything in between. My background gives me a unique edge: I understand the language of the corporate world just as fluently as I understand the inner work of emotional healing, spirituality, and self-discovery.

If We Work Together

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. If we work together, my role is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported so that change happens in a way that feels right for you.

Coaching isn’t about forcing quick fixes. It’s about creating steady, lasting shifts that give you back a sense of freedom and choice. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been keeping you stuck and open up new ways forward that feel more alive, more connected, and more you.

Whether you’re here as an individual looking for clarity or as a couple longing to reconnect, you don’t need to figure it all out alone. Change is possible and it often begins with a single conversation.

If something in you feels ready, I’d love to hear your story and explore what’s possible for you.
